About the Role:
SuccessFactors is seeking a senior/veteran sales executive to drive enterprise-wide sales initiatives into Strategic Global Accounts in the region. Responsibilities include qualifying, selling and closing new business into a handful of large Fortune 100 prospects and installed accounts of 20,000+ employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Sell value and ROI into C-Level business leaders and HR executives
- Find buying channels and decision makers within corporations by aggressive networking and follow up on recommendations from lead generation team
- Conduct high level business conversations to determine the prospect’s strategic objectives and points of pain as a leading global organization
- Effectively pitch SuccessFactors’ product suite, demonstrating solutions for the corporation’s main concerns and objectives while providing visions of a bright future with our help
- Build strong relationships in order to manage and upsell existing clients
- Close very large, complex, long-cycle deals and manage concurrent sales cycles effectively
- Qualify and forecast deals accurately
- Work in collaboration with multiple SFSF employees within both engineering and sales, utilizing each team member’s unique expertise to drive deals efficiently from prospecting to closing
Required Skills and Experience:
- 10-15+ years overall sales experience, extensively in the field
- 10+ years experience selling ERP / application software or SaaS solutions to C-Level
- 5+ years selling strategically to C-Level within Fortune 100 global organizations
- Prior HRIS, HCM, or HRMS software experience a plus
- Consistent over-quota performance and top tier company ranking – We want quota killers!
- Stability – Proven history of being a top performer in a company for multiple years running
- Highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, and ethics
- High standard of excellence, professionalism, and role model behavior
- Comfortable interacting with senior executives across multiple industries
- Strong C-level/board level communication and presentation skills
- Strong Business Acumen – Bachelors Degree Required, MBA a huge plus
